Close your eyes.

Breathe deeply through your nose for 3 counts.

Hold for 1.

Breathe out slowly through your mouth for 6 counts.

Repeat as often as needed.

Return to your real life more relaxed, energetic, focused and much less likely to want to punch anyone in the throat :)
